Brr..... All Santa Cruz real estate is frozen stiff... including down by the beach in Rio Del Mar, beach homes

Man it has been cold lately. The past two days I woke up to a frozen car. Inside the temperature guage says a balmy 31 degrees. Looks like a winter wonderland I would expect in Tahoe or someplace.

If you are thinking it is bad, I guess you could be in Detroit or Chicago and then it would not warm up during the day  too much. I personally think it is sort of nice,though brisk. You can still take a walk on the beach and look at Capitola Beach homes as they sit perched on the bluffs overlooking Opal Cliffs. To see homes in Capitola or other Capitola real estate that may make for a nice vantage point to view the homes in Capitola or the homes in Rio Del Mar overlooking the beach,you can search here and learn more.

Rio Del Mar is a pretty sight from Capitola. The views towards the cement boat and the Rio Del Mar bluff homes is really pretty. Have a warm thought for the day and bring your gloves to the car!
