Oh Deer Me !

 

Honey have you met the neighbors yet? No deer. I am not sure of this neighborhood. Oh I think it is safe. It is called Spring Tree and the Quarry Lane area is safe. It is just down from Pogonip and UCSC. Oh, well lets take a stroll in the neighborhood with the family and look at some Santa Cruz homes.

 

 

          Honey where are all the fawns ?

 

 

 

          Ok there they are, well then lets head on up Spring Street and see what there is to munch on up at Pogonip or should we go take them for a drink at Mc Granahans pond?

 

 

 

As you know folks Santa Cruz is weird and weird things happen here. This was about noon in mid July 2010 when I was about to turn on Quarry to look at a home and ran into this congestion.…

I was reading an article regarding a topic that is dear to me, our seniors. As a Santa Cruz Seniors Real Estate Specialist( SRES) I often come across clients or staff that help with the passing of a phase of life.

What we find is that life is a cycle. We often think life is a given, and so is death. Seems when I was young getting pregnant was pretty easy. I was not a complicated event and having children was taken pretty much as a natural process without alot of thought. Then we started having more people have problems with that simple process and all these fertility clinics sprang up. They can now easily tell when you are going to conceive and generally when you are due.
