Monterey Foreclosures and short sale homes-opportunities abound for a great deal

Monterey real estate has never looked so good from a buyers perspective. Great selection and fantastic financing go along with some Monterey foreclosures. Short sales are part of the landscape too that a buyer needs to consider.

 

 

As you can tell, homes of all price ranges come up as Monterey foreclosures or short sales. The above is a short sale and is I think a great value for a Monterey Ocean front home. What we are finding is that banks in all areas are pursuing doing short sales over foreclousures in many cases. For them it is a cheaper way of cleaning up their mistakes and better for the person who has the home, in many ways. Monterey forelcosures are a better way to buy for the Monterey home buyer
