 Buying a home may be the most important, and biggest financial leap you take in your life.  Not to mention, selling your home is kind of a big deal too.  Whether you are new to the real estate market, or a seasoned purchaser, many characters come into play in this home buying act. There is a buyer, and a seller, brokers, loan officers and your “go to” guy or gal – your Realtor.  This is the person who is, or should be with you from beginning to end.
   I’m not sure if you noticed, but there are a lot of Realtors.  I mean, a lot.  You may have an immediate family member or close friend who dabbles in real estate.  More than likely, they will have your best interest at heart.
