Soquel Homes & Property
In Soquel, there are a variety of properties available—from large French Country homes in the Seacrest neighborhood to the mountain view homes of Soquel Highlands. Other neighborhoods include Monterey Bay Heights, which has older homes that overlook the water, and Tiffani Gardens, which is a quiet development that has detached houses built in the 1980s. Evergreen Estates is a subdivision located near parks and schools, and Santa Cruz Gardens has a range of older homes from the 70s, as well as newer builds.
Located in Soquel is the 95-acre Anna Jean Cummings Park, which features playgrounds, athletic fields, picnic areas, and unique public artwork. Also in Soquel are three family-run wineries, including Hunter Hill Vineyard and Winery, Soquel Vineyards, and SIP Bargetto Winery. Residents also enjoy shopping at the community's many antique shops and galleries, as well as visiting the beach in neighboring Capitola.
Schools in Soquel include Main Street Elementary, Soquel Elementary, Soquel High School, and there are a number of private schools as well.
